The project focuses on automating project metrics within Jira, a Project Management tool. By consolidating multiple projects into a centralized system, data ingestion, unification, and modeling processes are streamlined. This enables the creation of new, customizable metrics that were previously challenging to measure.

Additionally, the client desired a centralized system that could provide comprehensive insights into project status, resource utilization, and progress tracking to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management.

This automation enhances decision-making, productivity, and accountability while facilitating proactive issue resolution, optimized resource allocation, and improved communication and collaboration. Ultimately, it leads to enhanced customer satisfaction and project success.

To augment the analytics capabilities, we integrated advanced AI technologies, leveraging Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform. Through the use of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques, we implemented predictive analytics models within BigQuery, allowing for the identification of patterns and trends in project data.
