We developed a data integration and visualization solution for an Australian agency, centralizing and integrating multiple Pipedrive CRM accounts into a single, scalable data warehouse. The solution enabled streamlined extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of CRM data, creating a unified repository.
By utilizing Google Cloud and advanced data pipeline techniques, we provided a comprehensive view of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline performance. The agency was able to automate data cleaning and transformation with macros and dbt models, providing customizable dashboard templates and seamless reporting to clients.

We worked closely with the agency to analyze their existing CRM structure, identifying key pain points and designing a solution to centralize data from multiple Pipedrive accounts into a unified system.

We created a robust data architecture using BigQuery as the data warehouse, with Cloud Functions automating the ETL process. Singerio was used to ensure data integration from Pipedrive.

Using DBT, we transformed raw CRM data into market-ready models and integrated them with Looker Studio for real-time, customizable dashboards, offering insights into sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline performance.
